Training Session

This is our technician, Pavel, taking training to a whole new level this week! This is Forest, a new customer of ours who was previously trained on a wireless fence system. This system gave him very limited space to move around in his huge yard. Most wireless pet fences create a perfect circle as the boundary. Unfortunately, not many yards are circle shaped, and it is difficult to set up this type of boundary in a typical yard. This family got two new husky puppies recently who were able to escape through the wireless fence, so they called us!

When we met with this family, we explained that our underground fence system will cover their entire yard and we will train the dogs to stay within the new boundaries. We also reassured them that our system is more reliable than the wireless unit they were using, and we offered a money back guarantee. This helped them feel confident in choosing us to do the job.

Pavel installed a fence around a full acre of land for these guys. But Forest here was a little nervous to go past what his previous system allowed. And that’s where this picture comes from, Pavel picked Forest up to walk him around his new boundaries. It took some convincing, but he is slowly but surely moving around his yard. On the flip side, the puppies are now staying in the yard with no escape route. We love the dedication our technicians put in to get the job done, and keep the dogs safe and happy!
